1. The service

List Premier publishes independent editorial notes about hotels at list-premier.com. Rankings and copy are opinion grounded in public sources. The site is not a booking engine, travel agency checkout, gambling operator, payment processor, or investment advice service.

2. Acceptable use

You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, misrepresent our rankings as a paid endorsement, or use the content to imply we sell rooms or take wagers.

3. Accuracy

Hotels change rates, wings and policies often. Confirm rooms, fees and opening status with the property before you travel. See the Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, original text and our arrangement of the list belong to List Premier. Hotel names, logos and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Liability

To the extent Latvian and applicable law allow, List Premier is not liable for travel decisions after reading a marked chapter, for third-party sites you open next, or for brief outages while notes update.

6. Adults and gaming context

Some properties include gaming floors for adults only. Age limits and rules differ by country. We do not offer games, accounts or deposits — see List Care.
